You walked around the tower, going about your usual routine when you heard some crashing and banging coming from the training room down the hall. Then something suddenly went through the wall, crashing to the ground. You stood there shocked for a minute until you realized it was Steve and Bucky. Steve being the one currently on the ground. This had become normal, but you were getting sick of rebuilding walls. You used your powers to lift pieces of the fallen structure, born with the power of earth manipulation. You gained their attention.

She entered that door with a warm look in her eyes despite the calmness in her tone. He didn't know S.H.I.E.L.D. had the capabilities of sending a doctor at his front door. But maybe it was Steve's idea to send her. And maybe it was also his idea to help Bucky to lift his self-esteem and his social skills.
Obviously, Bucky believes that his old pal is mocking him for sending, in what Bucky thinks, the absolute cutest and prettiest psychologist. If anything, his self-esteem only dropped more, finally achieving that realisation that he looked like a worthles
